When I think of the "bad things" I'd like to happen to idiots like Trump, RFK, and his disciples, I think of things like them being exposed as being a part of a gay love triangle, or them being outed as being Nazis who are addicted to trans porn (thanks, Mr. Robinson). Not this. Not in a million years.

I think Kirk had reprehensible, even dangerous viewpoints. However, there was always a slim chance that sometime down the road he came to his senses, changed his mind, changed his positions. Now that is impossible.

Yep, notice that the only incidents he mentioned were the two right wing media has been laser focused on the past few days while ignoring other recent terrible events like today's school shooting in Colorado, appalling developments in the Ukraine/Russia and Israel/Palestine wars, damning evidence released against Trump related to the Epstein saga, etc.
 
I think it is awful he was killed. I do think he was a lying pathetic trouble instigating sack of shit. But I did not want to see him shot.

I blame this event 100% on the political climate that started with Trump, 2016, along with the spineless enablers in the so called "Republican" party. Almost every one of them told us how dangerous a Trump presidency would be. Almost every one admitted what a scoundrel and self serving asshole Trump is. Yet, nearly every one of them changed their tune in fear of ignorant MAGAts. Each chose keeping their office, over the good of the country. Disgusting and pathetic politicians. They caused this, by not standing up to Trump.

Yep, he was all over that thread in the beginning pushing every scrap of info - real or imagined - from right-wing propaganda sources to try to say the shooter was a Dem. And then when it was obvious the shooter was not a Pub, he then turned to trying to hijack the thread onto other topics to avoid talking about the Pub shooter who shot Dem lawmakers and their families.

Let's be fair to ramrouser, he's a terrible human being who spouts lies and BS on the regular, but he's not a coward unafraid to show up and spew lies and BS when the cards are stacked against him.

The 1960s had JFK, MLK, RFK and Malcom X. This is not a new thing, nor is it because of September 11th or Trump or anything else. It is because there are a lot of guns and a lot of crazies.
 
There is a video that shows what appears to be someone laying on the roof of a nearby building, but it’s not something that could be used to identify the person.

Being able to kill someone (on video, no less) with a single shot from 600 feet away certainly helps a killer get a head start on a getaway attempt.
