I’ve always loved Otis Redding’s version most of all, and not just because of Christmas Vacation. Both great in their own way, but damn Otis had style.

Last Christmas I had my older family members join us in a meal and after the meal I dressed up like Chevy Chase in that scene and played that song and showed our old 8mm films from 65 years ago. Had a blast.
