I’ll pass on that. 400 years is about 16 generations, basically the length of time since the founding of the first colony in America to now. There is about a zero percent chance the crew doesn’t go insane and accidentally or intentionally destroy that ship.
 
But as said above life won't exist. The oceans will start to evaporate. Maybe some bacteria are around or something...

And what's wild is that somehow makes me sad. I don't know why, since I won't be here, but it does...
The sun gets a little bit hotter and a little bit brighter every year so yes in a billion years or so the Earth will be uninhabitable and end up a lot like Venus - but the Earth itself will still exist for another couple billion years

And that's assuming humans don't figure out a way to push the Earth farther away from the Sun
