I mean, yeah, that's Clay Higgins. Dumb as a rock and mean as a snake. Although it's really an insult to both rocks and snakes to say that.

Keep in mind that HY2012 will routinely say things like "I vote for Republicans at the national level because national Dems like AOC are too extreme and scary" and then will ignore that there are 10 psycho Republicans like this in Congress for every "radical leftist" like AOC.
 
Something about the Haitians needed to get their minds right and/or get their asses outta here. I seem to recall something of the sort being said in Roots to (most likely) Kunta Kinte after he tried to escape. Or maybe it was from Cool Hand Luke...
 
It called the Haitians nasty and disgusting for eating pets and doing voodoo and said Haiti was the dirtiest country in the Western hemisphere (or words to that effect).

I edited OP to include a picture of his tweet but he has obviously gotten enough blowback that he deleted it.

Your first sentence was enough. Absolutely no reason to type the second. We must break the habit of pre specifying that they will get away with it. It just helps create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Worse than that, he called it vudu. As if misspelling my name isn’t insult enough, mixing it up with a shitty streaming service is the sort of act that leads to a crude effigy being fashioned out of burlap or whatnot.
