I don't go to Facebook ever, but I accidentally tapped on a link off a gofundme and this is what I saw at the top of the page:

1. AI video of police arresting AI agent
2. some manosphere bullshit
3. some woman talking about dicks (probably AI)

Now I don't know how their algorithms work, but I know i am not a target for these. (Well maybe the third one, I do spent most of my day wondering what possibly fictional women think about penisis)

no wonder brain rot is so prevalent. I don't have tiktok either, but I know people who do use it who just spend hours watching this shit.
 
This was a splashy mega deal announcement that Trump claimed credit for last year.

My sister-in-law is a speech therapist and had a training on how to use Canva AI (which their school system is paying for) to create teaching materials.

The prompt is: generate a page with 12 images of objects that start with a “k” sound.

Lol's. That is hilarious. Canva uses some openai tools but they try to do some of the stuff themselves or acquired a smaller company and you're seeing the results of a $100 million project versus several billion dollar project.

And apparently, it's not an easy problem for AI systems. I tried Gemini and Grok and they were both bad but better than canva. Grok gave me the best results. If I were her, I would ask chatGPT or one of the other llms to generate the list first and then ask canva or probably grok to generate the grid.
