The last I saw anything, he and Russell Hawkins were simply said to not be returning to the team with no reason given.

Evan Smith is a former JV player added to this year's roster, so I'm hoping that the story is that those 2 simply chose to focus on other pursuits.

I was bummed that Mayo didn't return. Pretty sure he could be playing at a mid-major -- starring in Division III.

“Feast week”, NFL thanksgiving, then all of the college football rivalries over the weekend is maybe my favorite sports week of the year.

I’m still scarred from a few years ago when the football team lost to State in OT and then the basketball team blew it against ISU to also lose like 5 minutes after the football game ended lol.

That's true about the week of Thanksgiving. It's almost overload, but it's awesome.

And, yeah, November 25, 2022 was not the best day to be a Tar Heel.

I predicted Georgetown would be a quality opponent for us this season. Whether or not it translates to a Q1 remains to be seen. If the game were at their place, I’m sure would be.
