Michigan doesn’t belong for the same reason Ohio State doesn’t. Only one national title.

UCLA doesn’t belong because it’s a dead blueblood.

North Carolina showed its ceiling and floor over the weekend when it trailed by 16 against Virginia and couldn't guard anyone ... and then came back to win, overpowering the Cavaliers with size and shotmaking. Caleb Wilson and Henri Veesaar are an elite post duo, but Hubert Davis needs consistent point guard play and defense.

Same old same old...inconsistency.

Wait! Kentucky is a blueblood, has a payroll 50% higher than Carolina, a coach's salary more than 50% higher than Carolina, is the original 1-and-done factory, has boosters with blank checks, and, checks notes, lost at home to Carolina, is not ranked AND is behind Carolina in kenpom???

If Hubert doesn't win the national championship, Mark Pope may get fired.
