Would be pretty incredible if they made the tourney and he saves his job. With 13 losses already I'd guess they would have to win a tough road game @TCU and win at least one Big 12 tourney game to have a chance. Their non-conference resume is atrocious, though wins vs ISU, @ KU, and vs. BYU (the latter two in fairly dominant fashion) are going to look pretty good compared to most bubble teams.
