I frankly don't care. If there was ever a reason and place for the team to come out flat, that was it. We couldn't defend the middle against the drive and if we did, they were open outside and they didn't have to double on the inside so they could hound us on the perimeter. Combine that with their team striking lightning at home, and I don't see how anyone thinks it said anything about either team. That's especially true if you see the follow ups by both teams. If you think that makes us or the loss look worse, well, whatever. I'd whisper that opinion if I had it.Yes, almost certainly a loss (Greg pointed out that even at full strength State would've been favored over us), but it was the way we lost that upset many folks.
fack!Wolp!
Nonsense. It was still a terrible loss to get blown out as bad as they did. But whatever.
Well not boozer but looks like we may have lost our starting PG and one of our best defenders... Plus who knows what's going on with Pat.And for Boozer to suffer a minor injury that would sideline him for about 4 weeks.
Yikes. Sorry man.Well not boozer but looks like we may have lost our starting PG and one of our best defenders... Plus who knows what's going on with Pat.
If Foster is done for the year then we are fucked
That’s crazy! It seemed like such a minor incident. Sorry to hear if that turns out to be the case.Pretty sure Foster broke his foot.
Pathetic considering the hollow nature of that win. Most State "fans" are still reveling in their win against us, and they (and Wade) will live off that win against us for the rest of the year. Beating us regularly is what has kept Doeren employed over there, despite mediocre results otherwise. I can guarantee you that if Doeren had lost 2 or 3 games in a row against us that he would have been fired years ago. Many of their "fans" hate UNC more than they support their own school.
It's always their national championship. They are a lot like the MAGA folks. As long as they own the libs they don't care about anything else. As long as State beats Carolina, their fans don't care about anything else. Most State "fans" are still reveling in their win against us, and they (and Wade) will live off that win against us for the rest of the year.
