By the way, speaking of Vanderbilt, Tyler Nickels' three point shooting is now 40.2%. I expected it to decline from 45% as he regressed to the mean. I didn't expect it to go all the way down to 40, but anyway.

Small sample sizes and mean regressions confound many a college basketball fan. Obviously Tyler is a better player than he showed while at UNC, but he's not the world-beater that he might have seemed earlier this year when on a hot streak.

So Nickel has reverted to mean, as has Cadeau. I wonder what happens when we look at Cade Tyson . .. oh, he's still at 42%. Anyway . . .
