Because they can't think beyond the current tax structureMaybe this is dumb question, but why do many assert that we need more people?

Yes, farce is more accurate than I was, not sure if he actually carried at one time or not. 2 things I remember about rota, he was a USPS worker and that tragedy that happened to his stepson. Rota was good peeps . . !If I remember correctly, he worked inside the post office, not as a carrier.
Maybe there's a program that could gather all the young girls on an island somewhere...Damn
Lets get those 15 yr olds to get pregnant
It's easy to suggest these sort of "pie in the sky" type solutions. But where are we going to find the man to run such a program and where will we find the sort of President who will champion it?Maybe there's a program that could gather all the young girls on an island somewhere...
Yeah, I know that cost-of-living issues like childcare and housing are also some of the main drivers of the low birth rate, but we all know that Republicans aren't going to address those things either. Immigration isn't the magic cure, but it would definitely be a big help in offsetting some of the problems. But of course Republicans don't want that either. Instead they'll just bitch and complain about the declining birthrate and blame "career women" for everything while offering trivial proposals like Trump's tax credit for having a baby, which won't come close to offsetting housing and childcare and other soaring costs of living issues (and I doubt they're serious about that proposal anyway). The best thing to address the birth rate issue would be to take meaningful steps towards addressing housing and affordability, and everyone knows that’s not going to happen.
