I’m shocked they got a grand jury to indict. They must have really put on a show during those proceedings.

You could put a credible FBI agent on the stand, with no cross-examination, to testify that 86 is a well-known term for execution. The grand jury sat in ED NC, which is a pretty MAGA area. Assuming no one on the grand jury ever worked in a restaurant, I could see where you could get 12 out of 23 people to find probable cause of a threat.
