So could Young Republicans be on that list. The very notion of Young and Republican being linked pretty much strongly implies some sort of impairment of morals and judgment. The very fabric of the Republican platform strongly suggests borderline dementia and paranoia, normally attributes associated with the elderly.

They know this. And that’s the point of it. Legislation that’s clearly unconstitutional, but popular amongst extremists, will become the latest example of “activist judges” when it is eventually struck down. Until then, they’ll use it to target liberals, knowing the damages can’t be undone to those they victimized.
