Their logic is kind of like this: You have 20 people in a room who are trying to decide what to have for lunch. They all need to order the same thing. They have to vote for either pizza or tacos. 12 of those people are crammed in a corner. The other 8 are spread out throughout the room. 9 of the 12 in the corner vote for pizza while the 3 others in the corner vote for tacos. 6 of the 8 spread around the room vote for tacos while the other 2 vote for pizza. So that’s 11 for pizza and 9 for tacos. But because the 8 people spread around the room covered much more space and went for tacos 6-2, tacos win.
