When the Trump regime decided to actually pull the trigger on Real ID, some of the president’s biggest fans couldn’t believe it and insisted that he must be getting tricked into fully implementing this supposedly nefarious plot. For example, conspiracy theorist Alex Jones blamed everyone but Trump, claiming it was a secret plot by Bill Gates and the Chinese government to control Americans.

Why didn’t President Joe Biden actually implement Real ID if it’s a tool of the nefarious deep state or whatever? It would have impeded the “invasion” of the U.S. by illegal immigrants, according to Jones. Consistency or logical arguments has never been a strong suit of the conspiracy theorists.

Matt Van Swol is the twat who was whining about FEMA not being instantly present to help folks in western NC when Biden was potus. He remarkably has been silent since Trump has all but stopped aid to the area.

That Michael Dell "gift" is the stupidest "philanthropic" gift I've ever seen. $250 to babies just because they were born during Trump's presidency? Arbitrary to say the least, and ineffective. $250 buys . . . 3 tanks of gas. A year of Netflix. Suppose it quintuples over the next 18 years (which would be a good rate of return). The lucky young adult will have . . . $1250.
 
The Dell gift is little more than an object lesson in favor of higher taxes on the rich. Supposedly, we are supposed to tax the very wealthy less, because they are the job creators. They are the builders. They are the ones who have proven they can invest. And then there is Michael Dell. He's basically doing the same thing as the government does when collecting taxes and paying for food stamps or student aid, except more stupidly, and only after he's enjoyed that huge sum for so long.

Basically, Dell bought a lot of cocaine for a Christmas party, and put it in the air vents so everyone could have a little bit. Not enough to get high, though.

I'm also confident Dell got tax benefits from the OBBB that make this "gift" well worth his while.
