"We know who the criminals are, and we must get them out of the USA - and FAST!" is simply having a lynch mob mentality, plain and simple. If you say you agree with this line of thinking, then you are basically admitting that you don't respect due process or the rule of law.

No due process for criminals that came illegally and were aided by previous administration's. Deportations are immenient for the sake of our country. Quit undermining the citizens and legal process, you're weak minded!

And what about the growing number of US citizens we're arresting, detaining, and (in at least one case) deporting? You'd be all for hanging people without a trial, wouldn't you, dude?

You keep claiming that we're only deporting "proven" criminals and that is far from the case. And your side are the hypocrites, as they don't mind using illegal immigrants to work in their hotels and casinos and country clubs and to mow their lawns and clean their homes and all sorts of things. I assumed because I saw no substantive objections filed in any federal courts. If you have any appellate cases which found that due process was not afforded these defendants, by all means, share them.

No he clearly is because there are many successful challenges in the appellate courts.

If you have a case with a similar fact pattern but which has a different result, I'm sure the DOJ would be very happy to have it. Go ahead and link it here before you send it to them.
