There is a 75% chance she was falling down drunk at the time. But even if she wasn't drunk at the time, then how is she going to prove that her fall caused a bruising to her brain ?

Prima facie evidence shows that her brain has been bruised for decades.

She'll never live down her obviously drunk appearance on her Fox News show several years ago where she was sloshed. She must have been keeping her box wine under her desk in the studio and guzzling it before the show started.

A Pilot Fired Over Kristi Noem’s Missing Blanket and the Constant Chaos Inside DHS​
