When Trump 2.0 started, I began keeping a list of all the outrageous illegal and unconstitutional shit that he and his administration were doing, but it quickly became overwhelming and I didn't have the time nor the inclination to track everything. I pivoted to a list of exclusively stuff that exceeded my expectations in its illegality, corruption, and depravity, even though my baseline for such was essentially on the floor from the beginning. This is what I have so far:

- Federal government taking ownership stakes in private companies (socialism!!)

- Qatari military base in Idaho

- Deciding unilaterally to tear down East Wing of White House (no Congressional approval)

- Using drones to indiscriminately kill people in boats in International waters

- Giving $40 billion of American taxpayer money to Argentina and then another $840 million "loan" that will never be paid back

- Stealing $230 million from the American people for "lawfare" (is this still happening?)

- Openly accepting bribes for pardons

- Changing past President's photos in the White House and placing placards with unhinged bios of each

- Under the pretext of stopping drug trafficking and terrorism, militarily abducting Maduro and his wife to gain control of Venezuela's oil reserves and "run" the country indefinitely

Obviously, there are some potential additions to the list on the near horizon with Trump's threats to invade Greenland, Cuba, etc.

We should include flagrantly violating the Epstein Files law likely to hide the role Trump played in decades of child sex abuse and human trafficking.

We should include flagrantly violating the Epstein Files law likely to hide the role Trump played in decades of child sex abuse and human trafficking.

In normal times, that one would have certainly made the list but, in Trump's case, it didn't surprise me. He tipped his hand in that infamous Fox News interview in 2024. I expected him to obstruct at all costs. I understand if others felt like flagrant obstruction was a bridge too far though, even for Trump.

Federal Prosecutors Are Said to Have Opened Inquiry Into Fed Chair Powell​

The investigation, which centers on renovations of the Federal Reserve’s headquarters in Washington, signals an escalation in the long-running clash between President Trump and the chair.

The U.S. attorney’s office in the District of Columbia has opened a criminal investigation into Jerome H. Powell, the Federal Reserve chair, over the central bank’s renovation of its Washington headquarters and whether Mr. Powell lied to Congress about the scope of the project, according to officials briefed on the situation.

The inquiry, which includes an analysis of Mr. Powell’s public statements and an examination of spending records, was approved in November by Jeanine Pirro, a longtime ally of President Trump who was appointed to run the office last year, the officials said.

It's obvious to anyone who has studied the history of Europe in the 1930s and 1940s that many of the propaganda posters and images like these being put out by Trump 2.0 are blatant ripoffs of Nazi and other nation's fascist propaganda posters of the 1930s. The images and wording are strikingly similar. You've got to have your head in the sand (or up your ass) not to see it, and yet of course many MAGAs and "bosiders" claim just that - they somehow can't see the resemblance.
