This is something of a supply and demand issue, as the Trump administration’s war on fentanyl has opened a lane for drug kings like Nemesio “Mencho” Oseguera. His Jalisco New Generation Cartel displaced the famed Sinaloa, because they specialize in cocaine while their fentanyl-based competition is being put out of business by the Trump administration. “‘Mencho’ is the most powerful drug trafficker operating in the world,” said Derek Maltz, interim chief of the Drug Enforcement Administration this year. “What is happening now is a pivot to much more cocaine distribution in America.”

Odds are Siebert was told to fabricate evidence after reporting he found nothing, he said nah, and then was told he'd be fired.

I mean...a statement about needing rehab is nasty, but can anyone not believe that Mace is likely a substance abuser of some sort given her behavior?
I kind of hope she is. Not that Mace has ever been a paragon of civility, but it's sad to think someone would become as morally repugnant as she is as a matter of entirely free will. If it's a substance issue, she can get help. If this version of her is a choice, that's just really sad.

“… Trump shared an edited clip on Truth Social on Thursday from the 2024 Academy Awards, hosted by Kimmel, that cuts off before a joke Kimmel made at the president’s expense.

… The clip, however, crucially cuts off before Kimmel makes a joke at Trump’s expense, thanking the president for his feedback. “Thank you President Trump, thank you for watching. I’m surprised you’re still—isn’t it past your jail time?" Kimmel joked, earning significant laughter and applause from the audience.

“He’s focused on the important stuff for sure,” Kimmel added….”

He really is one of the most petty, vengeful, and embittered men alive. He's no doubt one of those people who still remembers slights given to him thirty or forty years ago, or even longer, and just longs to exact revenge on the person that he believes offended him.

She is running for Governor in 2026.

She might just be trying to out MAGA the other Trumplicans running for the GOP nomination.

1) I wonder what Trump actually ate? I don’t see him eating watercress panna cotta or chicken wrapped in zucchini.

2) Wiston Estate is a Sussex-based producer of Champagne-style wines. As climate change hastens, wine production in the UK grows. Champagne, the region, might even become too warm to produce Champagne, the wine.

3) That Ridge Monte Bello 2000 is one helluva wine (all Ridge Wines are). Ridge often doesn’t list the varietal on the label as their blends change from year-to-year. If you could find the 2000 Monte Bello, it’ll set you back $250-350.

He probably didn’t eat the zucchini wrapped around the chicken, but he probably unwrapped it, asked for ketchup, and ate the chicken once they brought him the ketchup to dip it in.

They probably had a kids menu for Trump. I'm guessing he had the chicken nuggets.

Either that or she's just shown everyone her true self. I suppose it could be both. Her comments about Omar are among the most racist statements I've seen from a federal law maker in a very long time.

Hey @Calheel , remember when you said that Lisa Cook would have the strongest case of selective prosecution you've seen?

Now do Tish James, lol. When they fire the prosecutor because he won't invent evidence, it doesn't speak well to the future of the prosecution, one would hope.
