She found out at the end of last year that she would not get the White House job she thought she was promised, and lost her ability to make money on X after violating the platform’s doxxing policies.

Yet, here we are. Loomer, the proud, defiant, extremist troll, is one of the most influential public figures in what is still the most important country on the planet—“back from the dead and rose from the ashes,” she told me.

How did this come to pass? “I am a genuine person, and I speak my mind. I am not fake,” she offered. “It’s a story of persistence. As I like to say, persistence will beat the resistance.”…”

Reminder to all that McCarthy took the side of SS troopers that executed American POWs over the government of the United States who was trying to get justice for the murders.

Fairly certain this statement would still be true even if it was referencing Kevin (McCarthy).

I have not have time to read but it sounds like the prohibition on Eric and Don Jr serving a leadership role of the companies in NY may stand.
 
I know nothing about how legal rulings work, but does this mean that the monetary penalty is dismissed, but the actual liable verdict remains in place?
