Thanks, I did know of cloud seeding, but I thought that she was more going after the conspiracy type "Weather" controls. I didn't know enough about cloud seeding to see an actual connection.

It seems pretty clear to me that cloud seeding qualifies as the dispersion of chemicals into the atmosphere for the purpose of altering weather.

It is not the same thing at all. Her kid was a junior transfer from Arkansas and played for UNC softball for two years. In no way, shape or form does that make MTG a Tar Heel, nor does it come close to offsetting Stephen Miller.
