It's not necessarily a bad thing but with all we've seen from this administration and party, the plan is to teach propaganda and not real history. That's past a bad thing and full steam ahead into deplorable.

I think what Herr Miller means by 'loving your country' is that there will be no more talking about slavery, or what happened to Native Americans and their culture, or the oppression of women and minorities, the involvement of the USA in supporting right-wing dictators, etc..
