USDA cuts cripple food banks and school food programs in North Carolina​

The White House cut two federal programs in March that provide just over $1 billion in annual funding to school districts and food banks nationwide. Janet Shamlian reports on the impact.

A CNN report citing a "high-level law enforcement official who was briefed on the case" also said officials had already determined Reyes did not write the letter by the time they interviewed him. Reyes' handwriting and the handwriting on the letter didn't match, the source told CNN.

DHS was "careless" with their issuance of the statement, according to Abduli. She said the public statement from Noem has already done irreversible damage to the family and prompted numerous death threats against them on social media.…”

Last month, Harvard released the 50th edition of their Youth Poll, and while it was focused on larger issues like financial hardship and declining trust in institutions, the crosstabs told a very interesting story. If all you knew about the podcast bro-verse was what you heard from panicked Democratic politicians and consultants on cable news, you would think that every 22-year-old man came off an assembly line straight from Elon Musk’s Twitter mentions. In fact, according to the Harvard Youth Poll, most of these right-wing podcasters barely make a dent in the zoomer zeitgeist.
