ALLOD posted the claim about Obama this month, and the image shared on social media included a stamp labeling the claim as satire.

The ALLOD website says, “Everything on this website is fiction. It is not a lie and it is not fake news because it is not real. If you believe that it is real, you should have your head examined.”

Really? You expect the crowd that inhabits this webpage to not only remember lies that St. Donald of Mar-a-Lago told NINE?!?!?!? months ago but be able to distinguish them from farcical tales made up to redicule St. Donald? Do you have any idea how many lies St. Donald has told since then and how indistinguishable they are from the satirical things made up about St. Donald? Expecting people to remember lies St. Donald told nine months ago would be like expecting me to remember every loss UNC's football team has suffered since I departed that esteemed institution of higher education.

POTUS just re"truthed" a satirical site as if it were legit.

So it seems clear that the new GOP talking point to pressure Democrats to end the shutdown is that Obamacare is a disastrous failure and subsidies are bad and so Democrats should just give up, vote to reopen the government, and let Republicans not only end the subsidies but just destroy the ACA. Doesn't seem like a good strategy, but looking at Trump's most recent tweets I get the sense that there's some real desperation and panic starting to set in among Republicans. They clearly didn't think that Democrats would hold out this long (and there have been some articles to that effect) or that most polls show more people blaming Republicans than Democrats for the shutdown.

If Democrats do end the shutdown it seems clear that the GOP will simply try to abolish Obamacare as Trump has always wanted to do. It's not perfect, but it is a helluva lot better than what we had before, and it's certainly a lot better than what Trumpers will offer to replace it, which is nothing, or at least nothing that will make any difference.
 
I’d pay for tickets to watch the next Dem POTUS have bulldozers and excavators exhume the graves of confederate soldiers in Arlington.
