Wait, aren't you the one that immediately pivoted to politics in response to the tragic events of yesterday? Literally your first post about it went right to the immigrant status of the killer.

If you weren't such a braindead cultist jerkoff, I'd almost be willing to believe you are trolling. But unfortunately, it's painfully obvious you really ARE that stupid to not understand the self-own you just gave yourself.
 
My quick thoughts on the horrific Boulder attack:

1. While we're still talking about a small number of people relatively speaking, I continue to be amazed at the ability of Palestinian supporters to do self-destructive, counterproductive things. And it's getting worse. Columbia protestors creating disturbances and inconveniences is one thing. Property damage is another, worse, thing. But the violent attacks we're starting to see now are a WHOLE different thing, and liberals need to be as vocal as anyone else about them. What happened in DC and in Boulder is absolutely inexcusable. This has to stop. And if liberals are the only ones in a position to apply pressure to make them stop, then we need to be doing that.

2. MLK said it best: "Hate begets hate; violence begets violence; toughness begets a greater toughness. We must meet the forces of hate with the power of love... Our aim must never be to defeat or humiliate the white man, but to win his friendship and understanding. The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy, instead of diminishing evil, it multiplies it. Through violence you may murder the liar, but you cannot murder the lie, nor establish the truth. Through violence you may murder the hater, but you do not murder hate. In fact, violence merely increases hate. Returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."

3. Contrary to what Silence has been suggesting, this has NOTHING to do with illegal immigration. The Boulder terrorist (and I have no issues whatsoever calling him that) entered the country legally and was here legally until March 31, 2025, when his work visa expired. No administration should be expected to remove hold-overs that quickly, but if anyone failed to remove him, it's the current administration. I'm not at all saying this is Trump's fault. It's the terrorist's fault, and nobody else's, and he should be punished to the fullest extent Colorado law allows. But while we're reflecting on this as accountable members of society, we should not allow the shallow, unthinking, unaccountable members of our (or Russian) society like Silence distract us from the real issues raised here.

Attack suspect was in the US illegally, DHS official says​

The suspect charged in the Boulder attack, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, was in the US illegally, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin said Monday.

“He entered the country in August 2022 on a B2 visa that expired on February 2023. He filed for asylum in September 2022,” McLaughlin wrote on X.

Soliman was booked in county jail just before midnight, where records show he is charged with multiple felonies. He is expected in court Monday afternoon.

Attack suspect's work authorization expired at the end of March​

Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the suspect charged in the Boulder attack, arrived in the United States in August 2022 as a non-immigrant visitor, according to multiple law enforcement officials.

He filed a claim a month later, in September, and was granted a work authorization in March, 2023. The authorization expired at the end of March of this year, at which point it appears he remained here illegally, the officials added.

More on the incident: After committing the attack, the suspect told police “I did it to avenge my people,” one of the law enforcement officials said.

And was the top aide to Senator Joseph McCarthy as well, who in retrospect was a kind of Trump prototype. Kind of fits that McCarthy and Trump would be connected by somebody like Cohn.

What's sad... is that they have to visit this site for it to even be news to them. No way is this making it's way into the right-wing mediaverse.

And I'm sure that there will be a perfectly good excuse for it if they do show up and comment on it. But most likely it'll be crickets.
