Why don't you describe what that program does? Oh, because you're not interested in the truth.

"This program is known as EB-5 for the name of the employment-based fifth preference visa that participants receive."

There are requirements also: "make the necessary investment in a commercial enterprise in the US" AND "plan to create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified US workers."

At no point has Congress ever authorized a transaction in which someone can buy a green card with cash.

Aren't you the guy whose posts are always wrong, and in fairly obvious ways?
