The guy is not worth the discourse. I have him on ignore and have no idea what he’s implying other than guessing same from your response.

A drunk or high comment would be something like: “Hell, Those people fled oppressive governments and were being shot at as they left. Do you think alligators are going to be an issue? Heck, they’ll be wearing alligator shoes, carrying alligator bags and eating alligator steaks!”
