Those who didn't make the cut for protests, TikToks and general (selective) outrage.

Of course, the Sudanese also aren't being picked on by the big, mean Jews....

Sudan faces unprecedented hunger and displacement as war enters third year

As the war enters its third year, UN humanitarians warn that immediate action is essential.

This is a manmade crisis, driven by conflict – not by drought or floods or earthquakes and because of the obstruction of access to humanitarian assistance by parties to the conflict,” Shaun Hugues, Regional Emergency Coordinator at the UN World Food Programme (WFP), told journalists in New York, via video link from Nairobi.

The brutal war between rival militaries – the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) – has already claimed tens of thousands of lives and displaced over 12.4 million people, including more than 3.3 million as refugees in neighbouring countries.

Tens of thousands more will die in Sudan during a third year of war unless we have the access and resources to reach those in need,” Mr. Hugues warned.

'People will starve' because of US aid cut to Sudan

The freezing of US humanitarian assistance has forced the closure of almost 80% of the emergency food kitchens set up to help people left destitute by Sudan's civil war, the BBC has learned.

Aid volunteers said the impact of President Donald Trump's executive order halting contributions from the US government's development organisation (USAID) for 90 days meant more than 1,100 communal kitchens had shut.

It is estimated that nearly two million people struggling to survive have been affected….”

The stark consequences of the rollback are evident in few places as clearly as in Sudan, where a brutal civil war has combined with a staggering humanitarian catastrophe.

“…The stark consequences of Mr. Trump’s slashing of U.S. aid are evident in few places as clearly as in Sudan, where a brutal civil war has set off a staggering humanitarian catastrophe and left 25 million people — more than half of the country’s population — acutely hungry.

… Last year, the United States gave $830 million in emergency aid, helping 4.4 million Sudanese, the United Nations estimates. That was far more aid than any other country provided. But after Mr. Trump halted that lifeline in January by dismantling the U.S. Agency for International Development, the effect in Khartoum was devastating.

… The Trump administration has said that lifesaving aid is exempt from the cuts. In an email, a State Department spokesman said that the United States was still helping four million people inside Sudan, as well as 3.8 million refugees in neighboring countries.

But on the ground, aid groups say the flow of American money stopped for almost two months and has resumed only in fits and starts, if at all.

The U.S.A.I.D. officials who once helped make the payments have been fired. A work force of about 10,000 is being reduced to about 15 positions, leaving the American chain of assistance mired in chaos, delays and uncertainty.…”

A bit of rumored infighting breaking out into the open — allegedly, many on Trump’s team have been complaining that Vance has been courting media outlets with information to undermine people who express different opinions than Vance to Trump both to advance Vance’s influence with Trump and to build a platform to run for POTUS (the latter chafes Trump and many of his other advisors).

Inside the clashes between Trump and Gabbard

The director of national intelligence has rankled Trump with her statements about nuclear war, and the president has suggested she’s off message.

“As President Donald Trump privately mulled joining Israel’s campaign against Iran this month, one member of his Cabinet sent what he viewed as an audacious attempt to steer him in the opposite direction.

At 5:30 a.m. on June 10, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard tweeted a cryptic, three-minute video warning that “political elite and warmongers” are “carelessly fomenting fear and tensions between nuclear powers” — and that the world is “on the brink of nuclear annihilation.”

Trump saw the unauthorized video and became incensed, complaining to associates at the White House that she had spoken out of turn, according to three people familiar with the episode — two of them inside the administration and all granted anonymity to describe sensitive dynamics.
Her post came a few days after Israel hawks met with Trump at the White House to lobby him to support Israel’s attacks on Iran. In the eyes of Trump and some close to him, Gabbard was warning him not to greenlight Israel attacking Iran. Trump even expressed his disapproval to her personally, the three people said.

“I don’t think he dislikes Tulsi as a person … But certainly the video made him not super hot on her … and he doesn’t like it when people are off message,” said one of the people, a senior administration official. The official added that Trump also doesn’t appreciate it when people appear to be correcting him and that “many took that video as trying to correct the administration’s position.”…”

“…But instead of fixing anything, they're basically throwing up their hands. Because when the crisis hits, they'll just blame @NC_Governor (who has little actual role in this process) and then insist that they've got to slash education spending and Medicaid.

That's how it works.“

“… “PM Modi clearly told President Trump that during this entire incident, at no time, at any level, were there any talks on issues like India-U.S. trade deal or mediation between India and Pakistan through America,” Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri announced in a video statement.

PM Modi stressed that India has never accepted mediation, does not accept it, and will never accept it.

Talks for ceasing military action happened directly between India and Pakistan through existing military channels, and on the insistence of Pakistan. Prime Minister Modi emphasised that India has not accepted mediation in the past and will never do,” Misri said.

Florida attorney general held in civil contempt over immigration law

A federal judge ruled that James Uthmeier violated an order halting the enforcement of a law, which makes it a crime for adults living in the U.S. illegally to enter Florida.

"... That same judge, Southern Florida District Judge Kathleen M. Williams had issued a temporary restraining order in April halting the enforcement of a law that made it a state crime for any “adult unauthorized alien” to enter or reenter Florida, with a mandatory minimum prison sentence of nine months. That law had been signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) in February.

Afterward, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier (R) sent a letter to state law enforcement agencies saying he could not prevent them enforcing the new law. “It is my view that no lawful, legitimate order currently impedes your agencies from continuing to enforce Florida’s new illegal entry and reentry laws,” he wrote in the letter. Williams on Tuesday found this letter to be in contempt of her order.

The letter followed a previous memo from Uthmeier that informed law enforcement agencies of the temporary restraining order and instructed them to comply with it.

But the second letter, which Uthmeier said was sent to clarify his original memo sent five days earlier, told law enforcement: “Judge Williams ordered my office to notify you of the evolving scope of her order, and I did so. But I cannot prevent you from enforcing [the new law], where there remains no judicial order that properly restrains you from doing so.” ..."

Noem demands more control over FEMA and Homeland Security funding, which could slow disaster response

“Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is tightening her grip on her department’s purse strings, ordering that every contract and grant over $100,000 must now cross her desk for approval, according to a memo exclusively obtained by CNN.

… Officials inside FEMA warn the new approval process could severely disrupt the distribution of emergency funds during natural disasters. With hurricane season already underway, multiple sources told CNN that Noem’s policy threatens to bog down FEMA’s rapid-response efforts – and could choke off critical aid when every second counts.

One FEMA official directly involved in disaster response called the policy “a dramatic and unprecedented overreach” and contends that Noem “is effectively preventing the department from functioning.”

“This will hurt nonprofits, states, and small towns. Massive delays feel inevitable,” said the official who asked not to be named to speak candidly.

“It’s bonkers,” said a former senior FEMA official who asked to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals….”

Breaking the government is the purpose……it’s not a bug.

In other Noem news — perhaps related to her allergic reaction, perhaps not (or maybe only in the sense that any allergic reaction after visiting USAMRIID merited an ER visit?)

Surprised she didn’t have a Hot Zone Barbie costume for the event.

And so is today's Democrat Party.

So there... you don't agree with the GOP and a hell of a lot of us don't agree with the DNC.

Slinging childish insults and pretending that your party is the "perfect solution" for the country is a damn joke.

What's your approval rating?

What's your party's approval rating among men?

I'll hang up and listen.

If the numbers were reversed you wouldn't think that would you?

Some do... and so do some women.

Fact of the matter is that the Left/Democrats/Progressives whatever you want to be called is seen as the party of "beta males."

It was shown again yesterday when Senator Padilla cried after he tried to create his own viral moment by storming a press conference being held by Secretary Noem.

Add in the "arrests for show" by the crying politicians over ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS being deported no wonder 65% of men thing negatively about the DNC.

This is not a serious party. Whoever is instructing these puppets to pull these stunts should be fired.

Get them in while you can, Guy. Probably best to start thinking of a new username...soon.

And the GOP is seen as the party of brainwashed morons. I'd rather be seen as a Beta male than be seen as a brain-dead cultist.
