The U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Thursday said the U.S. will "respond accordingly" to what he called a "witch hunt" against former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, without specifying how.

The remarks came shortly after Brazil's Supreme Court sentenced Bolsonaro to 27 years and three months in prison after being convicted of plotting a coup to overturn the 2022 election.
They don't even try to hide the corruption...

See, the maga on this site would breathlessly, endlessly bring up this clip as a smear against ALL liberals, if it was from a left wing talking head speaking about some demo the right felt some sympathy towards. There would be death threats, and unceasing pressure to fire them. Unceasing. The right has long lost a sense of common decency and humanity, but the kayfabe masks are coming completely off.

ABC has backed down to Trump and CBS is now owned by Trump's buddies at Skydance and they've already gotten rid of their news director and the managing editor of 60 Minutes. The list of "liberal media" grows thinner by the week, it seems, yet Trumpers will never admit that they are now the dominant news media force in the country and now have a mostly favorable media. To do so would undermine one of their bedrock beliefs - that they are the heroic rebels taking on the evil LibDem media empire. The truth is that they are now rapidly becoming the Galactic Media Empire, and they're not the outsiders anymore. And word is that Skydance may soon buy Warner Brothers, which would place CNN under their control as well.

shocker, I know, but the fascist really in london has led to violence.

Home secretary condemns protesters

The home secretary condemned protesters who attacked and injured police officers at the march.

Shabana Mahmood posted on X on Saturday evening: “The right to peaceful protest is fundamental to this nation. I thank the police who worked hard to ensure much of today’s protest was peaceful.

“But I condemn those who have attacked and injured police officers. Anyone taking part in criminal activity will face the full force of the law.”

Also on X, Liberal Democrat leader Sir Ed Davey criticised Elon Musk for comments delivered via video link in which he said a “dissolution of parliament” and a “change of government” were needed in the UK.

Davey said: “Our democracy is too precious to be a plaything for foreign tech barons.

“Elon Musk doesn’t care about the British people or our rights. He only cares about himself and his ego.”

MPs have expressed their shock at reports of the racially motivated rape of a 20-year-old Sikh woman, said to have occurred in broad daylight.

Detectives are looking for two white male suspects alleged to have racially abused the woman during the assault – they believe one suspect had a shaved head and wore gloves.

The incident is alleged to have taken place on Tuesday morning in Oldbury, close to Birmingham. A Sikh community group said it had spoken to the woman and her family and that the words the attackers said were: “You don’t belong in this country, get out.”

Police confirmed it was being treated as a racially aggravated attack and isolated incident.

Let us not forget …

So, we have the Evergreen High School shooter’s on-line profile (or at least some of it) 3 days after the shooting. Granted, authorities almost immediately knew the shooter’s ID.

Three days after Charlie Kirk’s shooting, we haven’t heard one whisper about his alleged killer’s on-line activities or any hand-written materials or drawings.
