But hunter biden....

Man the corruption is so transparent.
To add to reasons this doesn’t matter to the right they consider Trump as virgin in white linen but the evil left attacked him, pursued him with trumped up charges and caused him serious financial harm as well as mental physical stress.
So in their eyes what he is doing now is retaliation for all of that and it is deserved. I don’t think Trump can go too far in their eyes in his quest for vengeance.

Sad but true.

So, he's a soybean farmer, yet he is a complete mouthpiece for all trump lies?

Makes perfect sense.
He’s a “farmer” in that he makes about $1 million a year leasing North Dakota farmland to farming companies and farmers who do the actual farming. Maybe his rental income is pegged to commodity prices? Not sure how he can take the pain of a year of reduced rental income if so, with only about $500 million net worth to fall back on in lean years.

Hadn't looked it up yet, but this is what I assumed. No way that man is spending anytime farming.

Quite ironic, but I won’t pile on Scott Bessent right now because this is a difficult time for our soybean farmers.

Wow, Bessent farms soybeans while at the same time is Secretary of the Treasury. Talk about multitasking!

"From his perch as a long-time global currency trader on Wall Street, Bessent also invested $25 million in Midwest land, which he leases out to actual farmers. He is not a 'soybean farmer.'"

Also ironic that Bessent is openly gay and yet has chosen to throw in with the group of people who would be completely fine with it if people like him ceased to exist.

( A different subject, I know, but this is the phenomenon I personally have the most trouble with comprehending - black, brown, Jewish, gay, etc, throwing in with MAGA. I understand why some of them do it, but it's still baffling to me on an emotional level. )
