There are also a bajillion Trump photos and paintings in the halls.

The Oval decorations are hideous.

I don’t think the Rose Garden Terrace is all that bad. I would be fine if it remained grass but it’s created a usable, practical space for entertaining and outdoor events. The White House is meant to be used by the President for personal and State activities. It’s not simply a museum. My guess is that Trump’s successors keep it in tact.

It's also not simply a house of personal whim. Defacing the People's House based 100% on personal preference is indicative of someone who has no appreciation for things beyond themselves.

Not a chance. There will be jackhammers out there before February 2029. It will be ripped out faster than Ronnie ripped out Jimmy’s solar panels.

Is Obama’s basketball court still there?
Yep. It’s also called the White House tennis court. Painting basketball lines on the tennis court is obviously the equivalent of replacing the Rose Garden with Mar a Lago.

But then there's the giant ballroom he wants to construct, attached to the White House. All very reminiscent of the 'Winter Palace' tsarist era, fitting for a modern monarch.
