What you are proposing risk hurting more legitimate voters than it does actually fix the problem that you say we cannot prove exist.

Ms. Kratochviova is a biological female and was born a female. However, there were rumors at the time that she was using performance enhancing drugs. She seems to have left the rest of the field behind in this particular competition.
