Here in Lawrence, Kansas, when we go to the Final Four, win NC, etc. our streets look similar. The streets didn't quite look like this when Joe Biden won, but what was notable is that people did not stop honking their horns and lighting off fireworks for significantly longer than the Final Four/NC celebrations last. Lawrence is very liberal. People celebrated for no joke, nearly 12 hours.

If he kicks the bucket in the next couple of years, the celebration is going to be insanity.

Oh, yeah. I've thought about that. If Trump dies there will be instant and massive and very vocal celebrations by millions and millions of people, followed by an equally quick backlash from the MAGA cult and Fox News and other right-wing media outlets. They exist to generate outrage among the GOP base, and the images of massive celebrations over Dear Leader's death will no doubt lead to Fox talking heads ranting and raving for days and even weeks. I just hope that none of his cult are moved to violence against those celebrating. And while I doubt I'll be publicly shouting or celebrating I'm certainly not going to shed any tears or feel any remorse over his demise, and will be happy to see this malevolent man leave the scene permanently.
