I haven’t read all the info, but is there a way to set up a recurring monthly auto payment? Also, Rock, have you considered a Go Fund Me drive?

And thank you for setting this up and for all that you do. We are all deeply indebted to you!

I’m not sure about a recurring payment but am happy to look into it. Given the generosity from our community, it would seem maybe asking for donations once a year may be all that is required.

I’ve never done a GoFundMe but this more direct manner ensures that 100% of the donated funds go to the community and we don’t incur whatever GoFundMe’s fee is.

I PM's Rock a several weeks ago thinking it was time for an annual re-up fund drive. Knowing his aversion to such things, I offered to flog the troops if needed. That happily appears to have proven manifestly unnecessary. I hope there's going to have enough of a cushion for Rock to enjoy some small piece of gustatory enjoyment "on the board." Indeed, I indicated in my meagre $100 Venmo payment that I hoped half would be earmarked for a couple of drinks or a bottle of wine for our host. It's well-deserved and I feel certain that all who donated would be delighted if some of the funds be used in that manner. Enjoy, Rock, and, as so many others said, thanks for all you do...
 
I am happy to send a contribution both as a thank you for setting the board up and in recognition of the way the board is moderated. I am often on an island on this board but you and nyc don’t let your political views interfere with how the board is moderated and the few conservatives on here are free to give back as good as they get without being treated unfairly. That is in complete contrast to the mods on the old IC ZZL. Kudos for the board and to you and nyc.

We often knock heads but I do appreciate you being a member on this board and giving as good as you get...and I appreciate your contribution to keep this "lib" board available for the exchange of political views and discussion :cool:
