No, there is a plan - they want all the Americans being driven out of white collar jobs by AI to lace up their boots, grab a lunch pail, and go fill the construction and agricultural jobs that immigrants are leaving unfilled.

Something again to digital-age feudalism is certainly what people like Musk and Thiel have in mind; a ruling class of techno-overlords while the vast majority of us toil in manual labor jobs to keep the AI data centers running. Trump may not comprehend or intend that himself, but it's where things are heading.
