Gas prices in NC are indeed currently lower than in 2024, with the average price for the year expected to be around $3.20 compared to $3.43. But Trump and Maga didn't do squat to effect the change. I live in NC and drove past 3 different gas stations over the weekend. Regular gas was $3/gallon

Back in September 2024 gas prices were under $3/gallon in Raleigh

The predicted gas price of $3.20 per gallon would be an average for the entire year of 2025 for NC. Not a one week snapshot in December. The 2025 average will probably be less than the average in 2024. I’ll grant that. But I stand by my statement Trump and gang didn’t do shit to affect that change.

Their answer to everything is always, “it will get better sometime in the future.”
