EPA action on Lead pipes

The EPA is requiring all lead pipes in the United States to be replaced within 10 years. That's going to be a massive undertaking. Most of them are obviously under streets, sidewalks and other infrastructure and many are in communities that will have a hard time affording the upgrade. Biden was able to get $10 billion approved through Congress to help the states but it's going to take a lot more.
It's the right thing to do but I don't see any way in the world this is going to get done in a decade. Not even close.

We used to do things not because they were easy, but because they were the right thing to do (even if they were hard).

Seriously-I assume some trump judges will say it is an overreach and SCOTUS will say-well we won't weigh in

I mean maybe but this isn't like some rancher or factory dumping something near his river that is going to be downstream and never have to worry about it. Everybody drinks water and the vast, vast majority of people drink it from the tap. This might be a lot more bipartisan than you think if we can make sure that both parties get the credit.
