Yep.

Gee...I wonder what kind of things could be in the missing Epstein files...

Missing Epstein files include interviews with alleged Trump accuser

“Jane” claimed she was introduced to Trump by Epstein at Mar-a-Lago when she was 14 years old. MS NOW has found that handwritten notes from interviews with “Jane” — as well as witness statements from at least one person close to her — about her experience, including with respect to her interaction with Trump, are either not included in the DOJ’s release or have since been taken down.

According to a
source who has viewed the unredacted documents, a woman interviewed by the FBI in July 2019 about her Epstein allegations is the same woman who alleged that Trump forced her to perform oral sex on him 35 years ago, when she was 13 or 14 years old, and subsequently hit her.

This story is a great read about how much the Epstein files have opened the lid on the slimy international influence peddling that Epstein and many of his friends were involved with, including in Mandelson’s case with a ton of Putin directed or influenced money involved.
Correct. Epstein was an asset for the Mossad and other entities...making Epstein rich and (in)famous for buddying up and collecting kompromat on the rich and famous.

This story has a familiar ring to it.

“… It is unclear why the materials are missing. The Justice Department said in a statement to The Times on Monday that “the only materials that have been withheld were either privileged or duplicates.” In a new statement on Tuesday, the department also noted that documents could have been withheld because of “an ongoing federal investigation.”

Officials did not directly address why the memos related to the woman’s claim were not released.

… Under the law, the Justice Department can redact material that could be used to identify Mr. Epstein’s victims, depicted violence or child sexual abuse, or would hurt a continuing federal investigation. But the law expressly prohibited federal officials from withholding or redacting materials “on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm or political sensitivity” to public figures…”

“…The woman joined a lawsuit later in 2019 against Mr. Epstein’s estate. She subsequently dropped her claim. Court records do not indicate if she received any financial settlement. A court record from 2021 said she was separately deemed ineligible for compensation from a fund set up for Epstein victims, but it did not specify why.”

Totally transparent and not covering up what Trump did.

Yep. Shocking. Not shocking. A massive coverup.

It's pretty clear...

It's pretty clear...
It is genuinely hard to understand how badly the Trump DOJ has botched this. At some point it is hard to understand how they have planted a minefield across years of Trump 2.0 with their incompetent would-be super-villain antics.

I know that the coverup is often what gets you, so maybe they genuinely fear the repercussions of just destroying everything incriminating, but seriously, at this point, they would have been better off cramming stuff in burn bags and taking over a local crematory for six months than how they’ve rolled this out.
