Yes and no. I mean, the guy is obviously batshit crazy. But it's honestly kind of amazing how he's able to consistently spout about ten separate unrelated talking points, every one of them grossly false, in response to every question. I don't think you could do that if your brain was total mush. I think Trump's brain is more like an incredibly evil, disconnected from reality Speak and Spell.

I don’t know if any of this helps Dems politically, TBH — as it drags out, it distracts from a lot of other news reporting on unpopular Trump and GOP policies. But it is interesting to see MAGA politicians start to equate demanding transparency on Epstein files with an attack on Trump.

Same. That is the part that kills me. I have said before, if the Antichrist was an actual person, Trump is it. He checks all of the boxes that are listed by your typical dispensationalist preacher. It is maddening!!

There are 220 Republicans in the House of Representatives. Undoubtedly, of that 220, there are probably a handful of certified actual freaks. But the majority of them probably aren't. They're gutless, cowardly, unscrupulous, etc. whatever adjective you want to use, but they probably aren't freaks. It's really difficult for me to imagine that, growing up as kids and as young adults with dreams or ambitions of serving the country, they'd ever imagine that they'd fund themselves completely castrated and humiliated, having to run interference at all times for a grotesque, fat, makeup-caked, diaper-wearing failed real estate shyster from New York who had a particular penchant for banging underage women with his BFF who was the most prominent international child sex trafficker in the world.
