Oh, he'll read them, he'll just do it under the 30th username he chooses after being banned for the 29th time under his current username. I've never seen any poster in my 25+ years of reading message boards who seems to enjoy getting banned so often, and so quickly.

I would say to him, "Get help", but I don't trust he'd last long enough to get the message. I wonder if Snoop knows who this mental patient is?

As we discussed here when he said this, ~No I’m not in the files, the files are made up = I’m in the files.

Two things can be true at once. One is that his name appears in the files in a benign way and two, he's just a liar about anything and everything.
