Yep. You go to people you know because you know their experience and get advice on them based on that. Do you go to doctors for for mechanical advice on your car?

Do you go to electricians for more advice on your kids college entrance exams?

Why do you think this man is stepping down and Trump is blocking the release of this information and changing his story/timelines about his relationship with Epstein?

You aren't really making a coherent argument on why Summers is guilty of anything. You're jumping all over the place. Can you tighten it up and try again?
 
Bondi will dribble redacted stuff out She will totally not release huge chunks-"ongoing investigation "-will not relaese tons of stuff, "national security"

I have a feeling that the word "Trump" will be a national secret whenever it appears in a document.

Let's hope the DOJ is so incompetent at its job that the crowdsourcing will figure out all of the redactions and withheld documents. Maybe they will forget to make the redactions permanent and the original text can be reverse engineered

Exactly. I’ve never been all that interested in these files once this administration got ahold of them. Scrubbed, doctored, shredded, who knows. There’s no accountability, and that’s of course by design. This is why he’s destroyed all semblance of checks and balances the country was founded on. So he can get away with shit like this.

Worst case scenario for him, some of his donors and buddies go down. Which will be cleaned up by sweetheart deals like Ghislaine, pardons, etc.
 
Great reporter question to AG Blondi yesterday. She was asked, paraphrasing, "Earlier in the year, you stated that a reason for not releasing the files, or doing any more analysis on the files, was that there was nothing in them that woukd warrant any further investigations of anyone. Yet, you just began new investigations. What changed."

AG Blondi's answer was that new information has come to light. So we are supposed to believe that at the exact moment that Trump demanded the investigations of Clinton, Summers, and JP Morgan, the DOJ also got new info pertaining to each of these people/companies? That is one incredible coincidence.

I don't know what he and Trump did...neither do you. I do know that they were well aware of what Epstein was up to, had similar interests, and are running like hell from accountability of their relationship/communications with him.

I'm reasonably certain "National Security" is the code name used in the GOP to describe the effort underway to explore reasons why St. Donald of Mar-a-Lago should be allowed to run for a third term, regardless of (1) what the 22nd Amendment says and (2) what St. Donald's mental fitness is in 2028. In re #2, how much further can St. Donald's mental fitness decline between now and 2028?

I have no idea if they had similar interests in young girls if that is what you were implying. I don't think anyone knows for sure that Trump or Summers had any idea what Epstein was up to beyond the 2008 conviction. That's the point I keep making. No one knows although Trump is looking a lot smokier than Summers. The only thing we know about Summers and Epsteins' relationship is that they were friends, and Summers hit him up for donations. I haven't seen anything more than that.

I'm also not sure how you can say Summers is running from accountability. Stepping back from some very prestigious and lucrative positions seems pretty accountable. What else would you be hoping for?

an innocent man would talk and proclaim his innocence and be an open book about his communication. He's stepping away quietly like Prince Andrew... they just have shame (and probably left more evidence ) that Trump doesn't have. Didnt Summers have some issues with talking to Epstein about his advances with certain students... wasn't that some of the relationship advice?

You have Trump's whole letter to Epstein and videos of him partying like a weirdo with him...in addition to a whole bunch of accusations about him around his pageant trying to be in a room with naked young ladies.
