Like Bannon v Elon v Trump, the hatred within MAGA is intense.
The down side of a coalition built on mutual loathing of a perceived common enemy is that once your coalition notches enough wins against said enemy, the partners inevitably turn their hatred on each other.

Once you take genuine hatred into your heart, it doesn’t dissipate — it only grows and metastasizes. Eventually, there is no room for anything else, not even triumph (much less love or other positive emotions), and you have to stoke and feed your hatred to feel anything at all.

It's always been obvious that there are plenty of powerful people from both sides of the political alley who had a relationship with Epstein. The MAGAs would like to believe that they were all Dems. Not everyone who had a relationship with Epstein was involved in something shady (he was on the fundraising circuit for decades), but there were certainly some people neck deep in the sticky stuff. Bondi not releasing means that they either can't separate the regular from illicit relationships, or that powerful people from the GOP/Trump circles are all over the list.

Agree, which (and this may not speak well about me) is why I don't actually care much about this story. I feel horrible for the victims of Epstein's world. But I already assume Trump, Roger Stone, etc. have done the most immoral things possible because they show us that every day. I also assume Bill Clinton has engaged in all manner of sexual deviance because he's shown us that's who he is.

For the victims, it doesn't matter much if you're being abused by Trump, Clinton, or Joe from Topeka. The point is we can do better, and we have an obligation to the victims to do better. It's been a quarter of a century since Clinton left the White House. But Republicans are apparently more than happy to keep sexual predators in the position of the most powerful human in the world. I can't imagine how Pastor Bob at East Podunk Baptist Church spins that on Sunday mornings, but that's why I left the party a long time ago.

Obvious to anyone with a brain that hasn’t rotted due to being in the MAGA cult that they are covering up for Trump being a part of it. Why would Epstein kill himself if there was no evidence of clients? He didn't kill himself anyway. He was murdered to cover it up just like saying there is no list now is covering up for Trump being a part of it all. These people have no soul and are just trash.

If true, even partially, the Israeli honey trap theory could also make releasing information very problematic for any administration.

Anyone on this thread who thinks there is an actual list — something akin to Heidi Fleiss’s black book — is Q-Anon adjacent.

There is no list. There never has been. That is the imagination of the simple-minded conspiracy freaks. Epstein was not writing down on a piece of paper everyone that he hung out with. That is not how the real world works.

There are flight manifests. And there are documents showing people that interacted with Epstein. But there is no list.

C’mon people. Use some savvy.

I agree. But you need to take that up with our Attorney General.

This. 100%.

That said, I wouldn’t say that those who believe there is an actual list are Q-Anon adjacent. At least not all. Some are just naive with regard to such matters (which is okay).

Maybe there isn’t a list, but there is probably evidence out there as far as who was involved with the girls Epstein was trafficking, and I am sure one of them is Trump.
