What a freaking joke this has become, any expectation that these folks might possibly offer up something of any substance should have been thrown out the window months ago. Pages & pages of nothing but blacked out lines of research, there's no trusting these folks with anything.

What did you all expect? You knew they would protect Trump, and we all know he’s in there. The reality is that nothing will be done about it. No one is going to stand up to this. Congress is full of cowards. The media will not stay enraged on this, the first shiny object they move on. How much has he gotten away with so far?

I know releasing the actual files would be damning, but they've really bungled this and kept it alive. It makes it seem like they're STILL hiding things and that keeps the story alive. Honestly, they'd have been better off to release everything months ago, say it's not that big of a deal, and move on. This dumbass administration makes Trumpstein more of a story each and every day. What's the line ... the cover-up is usually worse than the crime (particularly in the conspiracy-crazed world we live in).
