I don't understand this. It's not gross.

Put it this way: I wish someone had told me a long time ago that this was even possible. I understand the "he's lying or bragging" idea; that's what I would have thought myself. But it's just because there's so much bullshit surrounding sex -- as I've said before, I think society could do a much better job of training people to have great sex. There is so much sexual pleasure being left on the table, worldwide, for no good reason.

Humans are designed to have great monogamous sex. Our brains actually develop sexually with our partners to create a convergence between desires and ability. That's why sex gets better with familiarity if people are sensitive and caring. MRI studies have shown that great sex helps people "recruit" neurons the same way weightlifters "recruit" muscle fibers. The better sex you have, the better sex you are able to have.
