Trump does talk about himself in the third person - because he's nuts - but the amount of 3rd person, and somewhat more comprehensible English, are a dead giveaway.
I felt the same way about the note in the birthday book. No way Trump wrote that himself.

This letter is nuts. The internet will have a. absolute field day. Someone already is saying “enigma” is an anagram for “gamine” (maybe something Epstein taught Trump?).

The fact Trump is out here raging that he tried to kill the story. Doesn’t help either.

What’s the play here? 23 years ago someone forged a letter from Donald Trump to be put into a birthday book for Jeffrey Epstein… that’s not gonna sell.

I think we now know the real reason for the abrupt 180 by the DOJ/FBI (and Trump himself) on the Epstein files. At a minimum this letter came to the Donald’s attention.

thank you. i wont apologize for having parents that installed a type of character that most don't have nor do i take credit for anything i have/had zero control over. blame your parents and yourself for not being able to accept that you have none and that you are nothing more than an easily controlled sheep in a very large herd.
Dude you trying to work out some childhood shit? I never said anything about your parents just your current shitty non committal know more than everyone psycho thing you do?
Get some help dude. Maybe stop blaming your parents for your shitty attitude?

I'm not surprised at all and thought everyone already knew that Trump liked writing "love letters" and stuff like that to people he aspires to be like.

“Enigmas never age” — enigma need not be an anagram, that looks pretty bad as is in this context.

“What’s the play here? 23 years ago someone forged a letter from Donald Trump to be put into a birthday book for Jeffrey Epstein… that’s not gonna sell.” — you are talking about a guy and his base who claimed that someone cleverly planted a Barack Obama birth announcement in a Honolulu paper over forty years prior to Obama running for POTUS even though he was allegedly born in Kenya. So even if you ever convince the base that the card is not a new forgery by Biden or Comey, they will believe a forgery was planted decades ago targeting Trump.

I believe WSJ says they got the birthday card from Ghislaine Maxwell, who had collected years of Epstein’s correspondence with famous people, so TBD whether FBI and DOJ knew about it previously.

Meanwhile, Maxwell has asked SCOTUS to weigh in on her claim that she was wrongly prosecuted in violation of a (very odd) co-conspirator clause in a non-prosecution agreement Epstein made with the Southern District of Florida in the original prosecution of Epstein in 2007. DOJ’s memo opposing her appeal was filed earlier this week: https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/24/24-1073/365132/20250714161434468_24-1073_Maxwell_Opp.pdf
