Also, transphobia/homophobia.

“Hey, I lost my job because of Trump—but at least those damn transgenders aren’t getting surgery in prison on my dime!”
Absolutely. I've gradually come to the conclusion over the years that, while racism and sexism and nativism are definitely a big part of Trumpism, the main basic driving force is a powerful and deep-rooted homophobia and especially transphobia. I've talked to MAGA relatives and coworkers and others over the past decade and the main issue they keep coming back to over and over, even more than dislike of the Obamas (including Michelle) and Hillary and immigrants is a powerful loathing and fear of gays, lesbians, and especially transgenders. They'll talk heatedly about it for an hour if you let them, and it usually just comes down to they see it as sinful and disgusting and weird and totally in opposition to god (or what they think god is about) and the traditional family. I've had some women say that transgenderism is an "insult" to them as women, which is certainly an odd argument, but they are no doubt passionate about it.

Most of these people have never accepted gay marriage and would be happy to see it revoked tomorrow if they could, want all LGBTQ people back in the closet, and simply don't want to see them or hear about them. And as long as Democrats support the LGBTQ community they'll never vote for them, plain and simple. I'm certainly not saying that Democrats should stop supporting the LGBTQ community, but I do think the main driving force for most MAGAs in refusing to vote for Democrats is pure fear and hatred of the LGBTQ community, although no doubt racism and misogyny and nativism are major factors as well.

Well, well. Auntie BB's nephew's mother is being detained by ICE.

crazy stuff. a friend of mine grew up with bruna, they went to the same schools from elementary through HS. not close to her but they were acquaintances. she's been here legally through DACA.

the relationship between her and leavitt's brother michael, the father of the child, is really bad. the leavitt family definitely wants her gone. using ICE as a means to squash a domestic dispute in favor of the brother of the press sec is disgusting.

Listen to how this idiot came to his decision to vote for Trump a third time:

"Wilson Jones voted for Trump — all three times.

"I voted for Trump all three times. Yep. I did," he admits. "But I literally was in the voting booth. And I rapped my knuckles and the Trump one hurt more, and that was the one that I voted for. Because it was just, it was so disgusting and, and I hate to say that, but that's literally how I made that choice."

Even after losing his business to Trump's policies, he stands by his vote: "Given the two people running, regardless of what they said on the campaign trail, I would've voted for President Trump again."

His brother Stephen agrees: "I don't think I had a choice to vote any other direction."

If you're really dumb enough to believe that your business would have closed if Kamala had been elected then there's simply no hope for you, and you deserve whatever you get.
Deserve is an appropriate term. Unfortunately, our country deserves everything coming its way due to reelecting the habitually dishonest convicted felon. Of course, anyone paying even the slightest bit of attention to who Donald Trump is would not remotely consider voting for him, but unfortunately our media is half propaganda and half sensationalization, with a speck of honest reporting in there somewhere. Thats why we see where we are.
