no, boot-licker.Yes, acknowledging that police are legally permitted to detain people is clearly boot licking... in Crazytown.![]()
Of course, but we don't know nearly enough about the situation in the video to know if a limit was crossed. All we have is a video of an adult being detained by some type of law enforcement along with all kinds of assumptions that get people all fired up about it.Under what circumstances? I mean, are there limits to this “legal permission?”
What was "wholly unnecessary" in her detainment?no, boot-licker.
the force/violence there was wholly unnecessary regardless of her age or whether or not it was a legitimate detainment.
Dragging her out of the car and throwing her down to the ground? What was "wholly unnecessary" in her detainment?
Police can't drag people out of cars?Dragging her out of the car and throwing her down to the ground?
It didn't look like she was resisting. ICE didn't wait to see if she voluntarily stepped out of the car, they just opened the door and dragged her out. She's a US citizen btw.Police can't drag people out of cars?
Police can't force people to the ground when they are resisting? It's not like she was slammed....
If not, what should police have done?
She was "saying" she wasn't resisting, as she was not voluntarily going down to the ground. She was also saying she's 15.It didn't look like she was resisting. ICE didn't wait to see if she voluntarily stepped out of the car, they just opened the door and dragged her out. She's a US citizen btw.

Parents of teen tossed to ground, detained by apparent federal agent demand answers
The incident captured on video shows the teen girl getting pulled out of the passenger seat. She is then thrown to the ground, all while saying she is not resisting arrest.www.cbsnews.com
And DHS lied and said this video was from a year ago.She was "saying" she wasn't resisting, as she was not voluntarily going down to the ground. She was also saying she's 15.
She also wasn't slammed to the ground in any way, shape for form.
jfc. the way she was violently manhandled by someone 2x+ her size. What was "wholly unnecessary" in her detainment?
resisting? what in the fuck are you talking about?Police can't drag people out of cars?

Yes they did.And DHS lied and said this video was from a year ago.
Obviously the LEO can't help that he's bigger than her. There was no violence. She wasn't "yanked" out of the car. She wasn't "slammed" to the ground. He pulled her out of the car, they spun in two circles, while she lied about being 15 and not resisting, and then he eventually got her to go down in the grass.jfc. the way she was violently manhandled by someone 2x+ her size.
Why was she arrested in the first place?Yes, acknowledging that police are legally permitted to detain people is clearly boot licking... in Crazytown.![]()
Like I said earlier, unless I missed it, we don't know why she was arrested. I looked around online and couldn't find any details. Why was she arrested in the first place?
yikes yikes YIKES that you think that wasn't violent. i feel for any women and children who have to be around you.Obviously the LEO can't help that he's bigger than her. There was no violence. We could not hear the audio over the narration and don’t know if he told her to get out, but it didn’t look like she was given any real opportunity to step out of the car on her own. He immediately went to the door, blocked her egress and physically pulled her out. I’ll cede that “thrown to the ground” implies a level of force that is subject to opinion but rather than put her upright against the car to cuff her he forced her onto the ground and put a knee on her back. He weighs at least twice what she does. It was clearly excessive. Not to the extent of causing injury, but more force than was necessary.Obviously the LEO can't help that he's bigger than her.
