If the game is going well in the first half, then maybe sit back and drink only one pint in the second half and then you can save the remaining pint to add to the 1/ gallon which you will need for the next home game vs Clemson.

Now that may sound like a lot of alcohol, but it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it
