This is absolutely what they are doing. They will claim they've found the fraud that they referenced all along and use it as a pretext to rig the mid-terms. Their voting base is so incredibly stupid they will fall for it.
 
I think there are some disaffected voters who were probably flip-flopping tween dem vs repub or "change candidate" vs incumbent but might go back to apathetic and downtrodden. But a bunch of crap like this might fire them back up.

But I don't see anyone being moved by it. I think the odds of them being able to federalize elections are the same today as two weeks ago, and will be the same in two months regardless of what this evidence shows.

You are probably right that public opinion stays the same. I feel concerned we are closing in on justifications for convenience and not to sway anyone. The immediate justifications of the murders suggest to me that they no longer care much about responding to opinions except for the window dressing.

People who believe evidence have long since discarded the election fraud bullshit. People who don't believe evidence have not, but obviously don't need evidence.

There are people who believe evidence, but will uncritically believe some bullshit claim about election fraud that comes six years too late, wouldn't even have been election changing (Georgia alone would not have given Trump the win), and is obviously ginned up? Many of them?

This seems like preaching to the choir. I don't see courts upholding anything based on this bullshit -- not the appeals courts at least, except maybe the 5th. I suppose the right panel on the 11th. And the Supreme Court isn't going to be moved by this bullshit either; they might or might not be ready to rubber stamp Trump election interference, but I doubt this moves the needle at all.

The way I see it they will “investigate “ find proof of “fraud” or “cheating”. Some kind of drastic action will need to be taken against the opposition for their crimes, as well as drastic action taken in regards to voting.
Not sure where they are headed. Democratic leadership are criminals , let’s lock them up, suspend elections due to cheating from the Dems.
This is all a setup to stop the midterms, cheat the midterms , or lockup the domestic terrorists responsible.
