Patel and Bongino are probably the most radical, dangerous, unqualified sycophants that Trump could find to lead the FBI.

We're barely a month into Trump 2.0 and things are considerably worse than I expected, and my expectations were very bleak. I would encourage everyone with the resources to have an exit plan for if/when they turn the authoritarianism up to 11. I don't have a valid passport right now so will be starting that process tonight.

BTW I actually think these kinds of hires are the ones that can be very politically helpful for libs because Bongino will be really bad at this job and will piss everyone around him off. Same with Patel to some extent.
